About us

We build one layer of insurance infrastructure, and only one.

OneNotice Technology Limited is a Hong Kong–based insurance technology company. We take the act of notifying a policyholder and make it a piece of standalone infrastructure, so insurers, brokers and MGAs stop rebuilding the same thing inside every system they own.

Where this started

The company began with a very specific frustration. Working on underwriting and claims systems, the team kept hitting the same wall: however rigorous the business logic, the last mile — telling the policyholder what was decided — was the most fragile link in the chain. It was held together by manual operations work, vendor consoles and a few cron jobs nobody wanted to touch.

So we pulled that layer out and built it on its own. No underwriting engine, no policy administration system, no distribution platform. Just one question: what should a policy be told over its lifetime, did those notices actually arrive, and can you prove it two years later.

A few principles

01

A narrow edge

We decline to grow this into an all-purpose insurance middle platform. A narrower scope integrates faster and fails more legibly.

02

Built for the auditor

The first user we design for is the compliance officer, not the marketing team. Exportable, traceable and explainable come before polished.

03

Minimum data

We take only the fields a notice needs to exist. We do not store whole policies, and we retain nothing beyond the delivery purpose.

04

Replaceable by design

Templates, routing rules and delivery logs export in full at any time. Replacing us should be a migration, not a rewrite.
